This time presenting the new menu prepared by the new master chef, Nikos Anagnostou, the guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a new palette of flavors and dishes. Nikos gained his cosmopolitan experience working in world renowned restaurants such as Pollen Street Social in London, Nobu London and Nobu Athens, Mykonos’s Nammos Concept, Santorini’s Rocabella Santorini where he had the opportunity to learn the secrets of the great master chefs.

“The experience in Mediterranean, French and Japanese restaurants and what the Macedonian cuisine offers, opens the door to many possibilities for creating a fusion of tastes that have not been tasted in Macedonia so far, and they will soon be able to experience in FOUR,” said Nikos. “It is a great challenge and a pleasure for me to be a part of the wonderful culinary team and the concept of the restaurant FOUR”.
